The carpet looks like new, and this cleaning was just after we finished remodeling two bathrooms. We had dust permeating the entire house! Now it feels so fresh and clean. How clean my carpets really turned out!! For the past 3 times I've used the typical "steam cleaning" high water usage methods, that took up to 3 days to dry. I will never go back to them, I've finally found a company in Zerorez for life. Now let me say something about the Tech that came to my house, Mike Reinhardt. I suspect you already know it but you have a Great employee with Mike. Not only did he listen to my rants of my past cleanings but he took the time to explain how his methods would not mirror those results...and he was right. Carpet dried in 6 hours and were the cleanest I've ever seen in many years. If I owned a carpet cleaning company I'd try everything possible to "steal" him away from you, He is that good!! Mike represents your company very well and deserves a raise! Yes my father-in-law will be calling soon to schedule his cleaning needs too.

The lack of crunchy feeling in the carpet from leftover soap. Also, cleaning up spots is easy with just water and a cloth. Spots that you remove do not come back either.
