Technician was so knowledgeable and friendly. We had a horrible Olive Oil stain (caused by the dog) and the technician was able to get every last bit of it out, deep down from the pad as well. The carpet looks as good as new. He did a test patch and felt that he could it all out and assured us that the company backed everything up with a money-back guarantee. Which provided us with the confidence in his technical skills.
