The no soap is the seller for me yes there are still a few stains in my carpet but, it is also very old and has had a lot of wear, thank you for doing such a good job

Timelyness of getting on schedule and professionalism of getting the carpet cleaned. Our first time using Zerorez and the carpets looked great after cleaning. Will use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning again in the future.

Carpets look great, dry fast & the service was done quickly & efficiently.

I was impressed by how on time Toby was. Also, that he his a non-smoker. Makes a huge difference when somebody is working in your home. He was able to get out spots and explained what he was doing in great detail.

My order was posted immediately with reminder call. The rug cleaner showed up on time, worked efficently, was polite and easy in manner. The rugs look amazing.
