We tried Zerorez at the recommendation of a friend for carpet cleaning. Our carpets were soiled from many years of foot traffic, a black lab's skin oil and small stained areas. The tech surveyed the areas to clean, provided recommendations, available options and the cost prior to starting the job, however no pressure at any point. The tech was pleasant and efficient. The service and results were more than we expected.
