We like that Ricky Brown arrived in a timely manner, he worked very diligently the entire time, not even stopping for lunch. He asked questions about what we wanted done and he did eveything we requested. Our carpets and upholstery look new and the repairs he did on our carpet were skillfully accomplished. Thank you!

The products seem to work really well. My carpet hasn't been this clean for 10 years. The technicians seems to be very knowledgable about the products and the way they used them.
