My carpets are much cleaner than after being "cleaned" by other companies. The texture is more similar to what it was originally - other companies left it stiff and crunchy. Appreciate that the carpets are cleaner, brighter and left with no residue.
I was also impressed with the excellent customer service I received from both employees that I had contact with. Rickey Brown, Surface Specialist, was very polite and knowledgeable, he made recommendations and offered solutions for my particular carpet issues. Unfortunately, I don't recall the woman's name that scheduled my appointment - she was very professional and friendly. Even when I had to call and reschedule my appointment.

We loved the fact that there are no harsh chemicals in the cleaning process. We also liked how efficient and accommodating our technician, Josh was. He did his best to get the best deal for our money and was flexible by adding rooms we weren't planning on getting cleaned, cleaned. We will use Zerorez again!

i think your carpet cleaning was very good - although there was one spot missed in my daughter's room. The granite service seems pretty good so far - except there was some nail polish on one section of the counter (my daughter is the culprit) - but instead of taking it off first, the glaze/polish/sealant was put on right over it and now it is not removable....plus one 3 inch spot was missed next to the refrigerator - so i think that service could have been a bit better.
I really like Rashid's enthusiasm and professionalism. He did an incredible job, not only on our carpet, but especially on my husband's recliner. I will wholeheartedly recommend Zerorez to everyone I know.
The workers are always friendly and very professional. They are respectful of our home and belongings. I love the fact that my carpets are cleaned with NO chemicals and no soap to attract back the dirt.

I am an elderly lady and I really don't want a lot of strangers calling me. I hope you understand that I am concerned about my personal safety in these times when I feel there is little safety anymore.
We were very pleased with the cleaning, but I would not have it scotchguarded again. Our grandson dropped a small piece of red jello and I have had a hard time getting it out. Our son and daughter also used zerorez and I have seen their carpets both before and after.
