First of all, Seth Hess is the ultimate professional. He is businesslike, yet personable. He arrives on time and ready to go to work. He takes pride in his work. I feel comfortable having him in my home. Seth cleaned the carpet in October and came back in December to clean the upholstery on a loveseat and chairs. They were really dirty and I didn't know what to expect; but Seth brought them back to life. He was just as pleased with the results as I was. He is a wonderful asset to the Zerorez company.
