Our carpet is very old and worn and really past the point of help, however we are unable to replace it. Received a call from the office the day before, Andrew called when he was on his way, he cleaned and repaired the carpeting as well as taking 5 area rugs back to the shop, all are now cleaned and ready for the Holidays. Service was excellent, floor coverings were done to our utmost satisfaction.
