Clean, carpets looked great, felt good with no crunchy residue. More expensive than "other" carpet cleaners, but I think TOTALLY worth the extra money because it just felt really clean. The hose from the truck burned our grass where it dragged across it, so I was not happy about that, but just ask them to lay something down over the grass to protect it.

I like the fact we have generally been pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning and I like the fact that the carpeting isn't thoroughly "soaked".

We were disappointed this time that the stairs don't appear as clean as usual, plus we have one area in front of our downstairs sofa that looks like it needs a better cleaning.
