Tony has done a magnificent job in cleaning thoroughly the carpet. We had an overflow in the basement in the bathroom and he gave adequate instruction on what the best way to handle it. I don't believe the other company we had before Zerorez would have done that. Even though it costs us more it's taking care of a deeper problem that could cause health problems.

Timely, clean, no chemicals, fresh. Great service. A good experience overall. Did a superb job getting the grime and dirt from several dogs and several people. Did not think that they would be a ble to actually make the carpet look clean. We really appreciate the surprise!
