They do as advertised - removed stains! I had a 6" stain that had been cleaned multiples times with another company, Zeroez removed the stain the first time! Zerorez is amazing! I recommend them to everyone, whenever carpets is the topic!

I like that the chemicals used are all organic in nature. The technician(I can't remember his name) provided information regarding products he was using, as well as was VERY kind and demonstrated a positive attitude. I definitely will use Zerorez again.
