Excellent job cleaning my carpets and working hard to get out the pet stains. The technician Ryan Maine went above and beyond to ensure that I would be satisfied. The only negetive comment I have is that the special stain treatments are very expensive!

Although your representative was late, they did call and make me aware that would be so. The rep was smiling when he approached the door, and that was a good start. He was very efficient and did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets. He offered other services, however since I have hard wood floors, the two rooms were what I needed. He left my home a lot better than he found it. Thanks Zerorez for a GOOD job.

Your products are very good - they last long, they don't leave a film and it's great for spot cleaning. The service provided is excellent (although what you charge per stair, I believe is too costly for the amount of labor involved).

Josh and Cody were awesome! We were scheduled to have the cleaning done on a day when the snow was really coming down. I thought they would call and reschedule. Not only did they show up, on time, they helped me shovel my drive way! Great customer service! Needless to say the carpet cleaning was great too.
