It dried so much faster than any other service I have used and the stains are almost non-existent now. Most times, once the carpet is dry, the stains come right back, but not with Zerorez. I would like to schedule Seth to come back in June to do the stairs and upper level of the house.

Our house was built in 1995 and the upstairs has the original carpet from a previous owner. We tried many different ways to clean the carpets ourselves, but we couldn't get the traffic patterns out. We were about to forego our summer vacation and use those funds to re-carpet the entire house, but zerorez saved us from that! Our carpet looks better than ever, and we are going to the beach! I liked that the tech was honest about the stains that he might not be able to get them all out. The carpet had lots of soap residue left over from a different company. I was really impressed that there was nothing put on the carpet and it was just water. It looked clearner and felt softer when it was dry.
