Our carpets look like new. Our grease spots that have been there (i hate to say) for months are gone. They are almost dry all you do is open up the windows and by the evening they are dry in the main areas. Carpet feels and smells clean and also they are not sticky. They are very professional and they really do know how to clean. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service! When they say clean they mean clean! We will not use anyone else.

We are currently renting a home. The carpet in the master bedroom was a disaster...large black grease spots etc. The rental agent told us they had tried to clean it and that was the best it could be. We just put area rugs over the top to hide some of the stains. Zerorez had a 3 room special so we decided to give have them try. The results were absolutely amazing. Stains that had been there for a long time came out! The carpet is really clean. The tech (Andrew) knew just what to do! Thanks
I've already told my daughter about Zerorez. Renaldo was very professional & most of the carpet looks GREAT. I'm a little disappointed in the stairs & my extra small rugs. I know they were the worst & the stair edges may have to be "hand done". Would your orange scented pre-treatment work if I worked it in & then rinsed it? If you think it would, could Renaldo (or someone else who works in Evergreen) bring me some?
I thought the technician was extremely professional. He seemed clean cut and trustworthy. He did a great job and even offered to provide me with an additional service and i bought it because he knew what he was talking about. The carpets looked great!

Courteous reps and thorough cleaning
Since building our house (nearly 5 years ago) we have only ever used Zerorez to clean our carpets and each and every time they have done a wonderful job. And because we have never used a company that uses heavy chemicals or spot removers and instead use vinegar and water for spots as Zerorez has always recommended, we still have carpets that are in remarkably good shape after all this time (despite having 3 small children and 2 big dogs). We LOVE Zerorez and will continue using them for years to come! Plus, their staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly on top of the great carpet-cleaning!
The tech did a great job, my 10-year old carpets look better than I expected. He did not try and upsell unnecessary extras. The total charges were what I expected based on the estimate. The pet treatment in one problem area did a great job.

omg - my rugs look amazing. We rent a home with carpet that is 19 years old. There were stains when we moved in and Zerorez removed many of them and lightened others. The carpet feels soft and smells great.
