The Technician was very nice and did a great job.

I've used Coit and Mountain Pro-Tek in the past. Both did an ok job (not great) but left the carpet stiff. Zerorez did an amazing job-my carpet looks new again and feels soft. As advertised, it was dry to the touch within 8 hours. I will use Zerorez for all my carpet/upholstery cleaning needs from now on!

THE CARPET LOOKED PRETTY GOOD AND THE SPECIAL PRICE WAS GOOD, ALL THOUGH OTHERS CHARGE THAT MUCH AND IT'T THEIR REGULAR PRICE. THEY CHARGED $25 FOR OUR HALLWAY SINCE IT WAS NOT LONG. WE ASKED THEM TO CLEAN A SMALL SPOT IN OUR BEDROOM, ABOUT 18 INCHES WIDE AND 2FOOT LONG. PROBABLY TAKE THREE STROKES TO CLEAN IT AND TAKE 10 SECONDS. HE SAID IT WOULD BE $20 MORE. WE SAID FORGET IT, WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. ALSO THE CARPET WAS SUPER WET WHEN THEY LEFT. THEY WERE IN A HURRY OR JUST LAZY. WE WERE AWAY FOR 5 HOURS AND IT WAS STILL A LITTLE DAMP.
THEY COULD HAVE SUCTIONED IT BETTER. FOR THIS REASON WE MAY NOT USE YOU AGAIN.

Had knowledge about product and how to clean carpet and rugs and were very careful.

That everyone understood my need for no chemicals in the house and were able to accomodate those needs.

I appreciated receiving an e-mail confirming my appointment and giving instructions on how to prepare for the technician. I also was glad to get a reminder phone call and a phone call from the technician 30 minutes before his arrival. He did a great job. It was overall a quick and easy experience!

You do an excellent job--the carpet always looks and smells great. I like that the carpet is never soaked and stretched. You back up your work. We recently had to have your technician come back as he missed a part of the carpet in the closet that was dirty. Prices are fair and comparable to other carpet cleaning establishments. We recommend you all the time.
