I love how you fix your mistakes! I was not satisfied the first time my carpets were cleaned, but when I called, I was apologized to, they scheduled to have the carpets re-done and then they also refunded my money. (Apparently, the truck had a busted seal - so not enough suction.) But the second go-round they really got it right! Everything they had advertised! My carpets are very clean. The young man that cleaned my carpets really worked his tail off and he was so very polite and professional! I will definitely use them again!

Stains that no other company could get out they were able to get out. Good price. Dried quickly. Will only use them from now on.

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Had some residual spots from a very old grease stain after the initial cleaning. Zerorez sent someone back to clean the spot within 1 week. Great customer service!

The technician that did the job was friendly and very professional. After the job was done, I noticed some stains on the stairway and landing. I called back and asked if someone could look to see if they could be removed. Zerorez sent a tech back and they were able to complete the job to my satisfaction, at no additional charge. I will use Zerorez again.

I have only used your rug cleaning services, however, I like the idea of not having my carpets soaked with soap and chemicals that other vendors use. Rugs seem to stay cleaner, longer, and drying time is shorter. I appreciate the technicians adhering to my requests of being cautious of my newly-painted house interior when the cleaning equipment was brought in to complete my cleaning.
