The product works very well--dries quite fast and in my case, did a fantastic job of cleaning a really dirty carpet. YOur serviceman, Bert, was efficient, courteous and did a very good job. My biggest frustration with your company is your appointment system. We only needed a spot cleaned and paid a hefty price. It would be nice to speak to a person to schedule the appointment and ask questions.

Tech. Ray Martin did an excellant job we were concerned about wetness of carpet done by previous companys and the drying time. Ray knew wha I was concerned about and said that it would not be aproblem and it wasn't. It was dry the next morning just like he promised.
