I liked our guy ( I forget his name). Thought he did a good job. I have a couple of spots that have come back so that was a little disappointing . I paid the extra for some spot treatment and then paid extra for the stain guard so it was a little pricey but I will use these guys again . Haven't gotten around to calling them back cause I hate to pay again so soon. Over all worth the money

The technicians were very friendly and efficient. The residue on our carpets after cleaning dried very quickly. Our carpets look brand new after being cleaned which I LOVE.
