The technicians were very professional and explained in detail each step of the carpet cleaning process. We had a number of severe pet urine stains on our carpet, and Zerorez did a great job of getting ride of these nasty spots.

I liked that the carpet was soft after cleaning. I used Sears carpet cleaning in the past and the carpet was stiff afterwards.
Their were some spots that I wasn't happy with that hadn't come out and you all came back and did it right!

Great service! I really appreciated Mike's attention to detail. Covering the walls and baseboards to prevent marking them! I loved how quickly the carpet dried and how there really was no residue.
Our rugs looked great after they were cleaned. Tim got spots out that I didn't expect he'd be able to remove.
However, I found a bigger mess than I expected where Tim must have cleaned his equipment before returning it to the truck. There was a lot of lint/fiber that must have come from my rugs but I was surprised to see it in the driveway.
