The process was very successful in cleaning our carpets. We did have some pet stains that did not completely go away but they were lightened and everything looks very good.

Your technician was very nice, professional, and did a great job -- he went above and beyond and we were very impressed. Our carpets look great! I also like very much that your products are "green" since I'm allergic to many chemicals and smells (some carpet cleaners can cause me to break out in hives and have an asthma attack!) - - I had only a mild reaction after the carpet cleaning (probably to the wet carpet fibers, as pointed out by the technician) and I can live with that.
