I liked the speed and courtesy of your carpet cleaner and the fact that the carpet dried faster than with traditionaly carpet cleaning. It stil looks fabulous!
Everyone (from the man I spoke with on the phone to the carpet cleaners) were very nice and informative.
I just realized though that I was over charged. When I called and set up the appointment there was a deal going on for 3 rooms for $99.95. That's what I signed up for. I was charged $119.95. Besides being overcharged, it was a good experience.

I have already recommended Zerorez to several folks. Your service was on-time, thorough and efficient. My house cleaners even remarked about how the carpet was cleaned to the baseboards (they've seen others who First name removed't to a complete job). My only regret is that I did not call you sooner. The carpets in my house look great.
