Calling enroute to let sutomer know when they will arrive. Vacuuming as much liquid as they can so it takes less time for the carpet to dry.

Professional and the carpets look brand new

I am very pleased with how clean my carpets are following treatment by Zerorez. They have never looked better after a cleaning, and I love the fact that they are soft after drying -not crunchy like other cleaning systems have left them in the past.

The Zerorez Technician also stretched the carpets in several rooms of my home. Again, they look great and I'm so glad that the old wrinkles/ripples are long gone!
