I have recommended your company to all of my friends but I have an issue going on that I hope will be resolved. My dog had an accident, causing three small areas that needed to be cleaned. One of your agents came and flooded these areas with a solution that has caused yard wide areas of discoloration, which I am hoping can be removed

He completed the work in the time he originaloly estimated, and the drying time was far better than anything we have used in the past. the results on the stairs was amazing.

The carpet was beautifully cleaned. I'm pleased with the results. However, the price quoted on the phone was much less than the price listed for the service man who came to clean. That's sort of like bait and switch, and that's illegal. Be careful with your quotes.

I thought the gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very professional and friendly. He really listened to all my questions and answered them all with honesty. He was not pushy and recommended what would best benefit. He explained everything in detail and did not rush through the job! I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and would us them again.
