This is the second or maybe it's the third time I have used Zerorez and I have been absolutely delighted. The service technicians work hard to get the carpet clean at my house because we live in the mountains. We do not have air conditioning therefore we have the windows open and the heavy pine pollen in the spring blows in. We also track in a lot of silt into the house and no matter how hard we try to keep it confined to the hardwood floors, it does get into the carpet. I so appreciate the service technicians competency, promptness, courtesy, and their hard work and the super clean carpets. Thank you Zerorez!

I liked the fact that no chemicals are used. The technician was very courteous, prompt and did a good job cleaning the carpet. My experience with other companies failed in all of these areas.

Mike was very knowledgable polite and professional. He scanned the rooms for pet stains and was able to distinguish between dog and cat marks. He thoroughly cleaned the affected areas and after he was through the carpets and rugs looked like new. We will definitely call zero red next time we need the carpets cleaned. It was by far the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used.
