I would like to recommend that you check back with a follow-up survey so we can respond to the longevity of the cleaning. I'm quite familiar with spots "working their way back" a few weeks after cleaning. The process was very successful in cleaning our carpets. We did have some pet stains that did not completely go away but they were lightened and everything looks very good.
