The carpet gets amazingly clean. A clean carpet makes the whole room smell clean. I also like that the wet carpet only takes half a day to dry, compared to 1-3 days for other carpet cleaners.
I would have given you a 10, but I saw a stain in the TV room that my husband said was a "returned" stain.
