Our technician was professional and thorough. He gave us an accurate price room by room before he started. When he left our carpet and rugs looked very nice. We expect this cleaning to last longer than most other traditional cleanings. That is something we will know over time.

Hands down the best service (of any type) I have ever had in my home. Carpets are beautiful, fresh, clean, much happier in their alkalized state.
