My carpet was extremely dirty. The first service person, worked very hard, and the carpet look great when he left. But apparently, later dirt rose to the surface and several spots were left. Zerorez completely stayed behind their work and the 2nd technician worked over the spots I was concerned about and MORE, my carpet is perfect--absolutely as clean as new!
