James, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the product used as well as general carpet information. He was also able to do some minor carpet repair which I did not expect so I was very pleased. I like the idea of no chemicals being used and the citrus smell was great while it lasted. Overall, a very good experience.

It was really easy to schedule online, technicians arrived on time and cleaned the entire house (4600+ SF) in about two hours removing all the dirt so well, the landlord was very impressed with the shape we left the house as we moved out. I can walk barefoot on my carpet and I can feel it feels clean and the pile of the carpet has been fluffed up. The tech, Chris was very polite, helpful, he helped me move some to the heavier furniture back.
