Great tech

We of course like the product and the service was amazing unmatched. Our tech was Eric and he was very personalable and helpful. He help guide us in right direction of what we should get done. He was a great time and did a wonderful job. Our next time we call to get our house done we want him and just him back. The product itself sells itself but the tech is what makes this company that is our only reason that we are going to back to Zerorez. What keeps a company alive is word of mouth so because of Eric we will spread the word!!

I think the job was great and the technician was wonderful. I thought the pricing was a little high for the tile cleaning. We just moved into our house and not all the stains from the tile came up, but it looks much better. Overall pleased with the result.

We have used them twice. Our carpet is well ridden by a big family. They do a great job and do everything as planned. They are the best.

My wife and I scheduled the appt for 3 rooms for $99. We asked the technician how much was the treatment for the carpet, the difference in price between the deep clean solution and the other solution, he said $15 difference. We decided to go with the deep cleaning protectant. He never told use what the price was total. After he was done I went out to the van and gave him my card and I signed a recipet which read $117.99, didn’t get a copy of it. He said I would have one emailed to me shortly after. I did get the receipt but was confused as to why I signed one which read $117.99 but the emailed receipt had $199.99 on it.

Our tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable and did a great job! Our carpets look like new. I'll definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Technicians are proffessional and knowledgeable. Product is good, removes stains without chemicals.

Carpet was a little wetter than I expected.

Told me they could clean the carpet and get the cat smell out. Up charged me $400 and it still smells. Told me they would come out and fix it for free, came out and told me no it will cost even more. Wouldn’t refund the money. I am actively telling people not to ever use your company.

The products are exceptional, the technique and technicians are also exceptional. We've been using Zerorez for nearly a year now and when we moved to a new home, we had them come out here too. We're keeping them for all our floor cleaning needs because they are simply the best at: customer service and quality of products and technicians they hire and send out.
