I was very disappointed with the person you sent to clean my carpet and the job he did. It took him 30 minutes to get started to actually clean my ONE room! Said he was having equipment problems. Finally asked to borrow some sissies after going in and out of the house 3-4 times. Mind you-it had rained and was still misting and temps were in the 40's which meant my door was opened all this time. Then he asked to use the restroom. He was finally ready to start cleaning. He did clean a little but made yet another trip out to the truck and came back with his energy drink. I was watching him as he was cleaning my carpet and he started out real good but then he started to getting (what I call sloppy) to where he would clean a line and instead of over-lapping a little, he would go over and inch or more and do another swipe. Towards the end he just kinda just barely when over it. My major problem was the fact he was wearing those foot covers witch he put on before getting out of truck and wore them through the wet and some muddy spots and into through my house!!! I have to clean my hardwood floor after he left! There are other things but you get the point.

Dalton was the technician and he did a very fine job. He made sure to draw up the moisture so the carpet was dry in record time. Once again Zerorez made us satisfied customers.

Besides missing 2 offices, when your tech came back out he was not the friendliest person. Also he left some wall blockers here so I assume you will want your equipment back.

The technician didn’t close the doors so the carpet was not cleaned behind them. Not good at all.

The tech who came to our house, Randy, was amazing. There was technical problem with his truck, so he had to go back to switch it out for another. But was so professional and accommodating. And my carpets look awesome! I would highly recommend him and Zero Rez to any friends or neighbors.

Not sure. I called someone to come back out because I could still smell urine, but the guy who came out used a flashlight and said he didn’t smell it and left, but he spent about an hour and 15 minutes hanging out on my cul-de-sac after he left my house. It was just odd.

More natural way to clean carpet

Dominic was very good at fixing my runners.

It was like a lake in my house. It took three days to dry out. I will try someone new next time.

I like the product you use, service was efficient and friendly. Price was good for catpetes. More then expected for rugs.

Randy was great! He is nice and personable I will ask for him again. My carpets look like new. He also noticed I was missing a air filter which is probably causing my dust problem.

The carpet cleaning service was excellent value. I was disappointed with the grout cleaning but maybe I do not understand about that type of stain. All in all a good experience.
