Technician was very cordial and professional. Our carpet is quite old, but well maintained. After the cleaning, when the carpet was dry, there were some "stripes" on our light colored carpet that looked like vacuum marks but did not vacuum out. ZeroRez came back out the very next day and took care of the situation. Now the carpet looks beautiful. Thank you so much for jumping on this and making it right!

My carpet looks like new. The service technician was awesome. Very polite and very attentive to my carpet. I have the carpet cleaned every January. This is the cleanest it has been in years. I know it is the products used, but, it is also the technician. He took care to clean my area rugs and the runners that I have on my carpet. My area rugs are bright and look like new. This is the second time I've used Zerorez, and this time was better than the first. I marvel at how good my carpet looks. I wish I could get the same tech every time I have the carpet cleaned, which I know isn't likely, but, he has set the standard. Every one that comes after him will have to meet the standard he set or I won't be satisfied.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was told by technician on site that I need led 20 gallons of the per treatment and I got it thinking the damage was significant. Now in hindsight I feel like iI overpaid for the service - the quality was not at all good and most stains remain the next day. I have had carpets cleaned from other vendors and they look the same after the pricey add on treatment: I can send pictures if you’d like. With an invoice of $1600 I was expecting the carpets to be extremely clean..I would really appreciate if you arre able to help me address this situation and remedy the disappointment somehow. This one really broke the bank

Your service is amazing. Didn’t really notice stains that were really noticeable until till the carpet dried. I’m not sure but I think you changed your cleaning product and pre-prep solution. I will be using Zerorez again

your response time was so amazing. and my technician( Randy P ) was so nice and worked so
hard to clean my soiled carpet . I had traffic soil due to going to and from my kitchen with water damage..amazing how he cleaned it. i am so impressed and have already told others.
i will always ask you for , RANDY P., as I think he is the best ever.
Also I have no old soapy smell in my house. I appreciate that as well.

I was surprised more of the stains weren't removed. I will try another company going forward as a basis of comparison with pricing and quality of work.

Your commercials say we get 100 square feet free tile cleaning. I'm not aware we received that service.
