THE JOB WAS NOT DONE NEARLY AS WELL AS BEFORE!!
It was done quickly, the guy Jarrett was friendly and honest. My carpet came out clean and fresh except for a couple of spots that were really old. I was told ahead of time that since they had been there so long that they might not come up. Overall I am pleased with the carpet cleaning.
Dries faster than other methods and not using strong chemicals.

Service tech was right on time. He shared heplful information and made recommendation about additional treatments for carpet that endures 2 small children and 2 dogs. Drying time for well ventilated areas was about 4 hrs. Carpets looked and felt wonderful!

Our church had a fresh water toilet supply hose break after hours flooding multiple carpeted rooms. After the water extraction and restoration company had dried out the areas, I called Zerorez to clean the carpets - lots of white drywall "stains" especially along the wall itself.
To complicate the timing, our pre-K school was returning from Christmas break so we needed done in the 2 day window before returning so we could paint and get room furniture and baseboard moldings in place..
Zerorez was able to get all cleaned on Saturday morning (next day of my calling). It then looked good for our Sunday services and allowed us to get the rooms ready for school.
The pricing was very competitive and the technician removed a couple small non-flooding related stains as a courtesy. Great customer service attitude.

The last technician was very professional. When I had my carpet cleaned on previous occasions by Zerorez the technician didn’t leave my carpet feeling rough and crunchie. It seems like the technician didn’t have as much experience has previous technician.
Boston is fabulous. Love the clean carpets and positive personality.
My technician Justin was awesome he explained the process and asked me to check each room as he cleaned.
He also gave me an estimate and explained the tile cleaning process.

The carpets were really clean. The only problem is in the room with the most stains, the cleaning process left a horrible scent afterwards. I wish I would’ve known that before.

1. Edges of downstairs carpet are not clean. This carpet abuts a wood floor, not the wall.
2. Service tech was cleaning AROUND the downstairs furniture. I had to move the furniture off the carpet. I don't know whether he was planning to eventually move the furniture, but, seems that would be the first thing to do if you;re planning to do it. I offered to help.
3. First 3 stairs still have dog hair embedded in the risers. Not clean.
We love Zerorez! Darwin is very professional and does a fabulous job.
Zerorez is the only company I trust to clean our carpets. We had a bad experience with a competitor because their process left a residue on the carpet and within a month the carpet looked worse than it did before we had it cleaned. I thought our carpet was ruined. We called ZEROREZ and they got the carpet clean again. I’ve been a believer ever since.
Reps shoukd have name of business on vehicle. Previously rep was extra diligent about getting stains out. This one required more prompting.
We have used them several times and they never disappointed. All our techs have been so nice and they always do an awesome job. Our house is left so clean and smelling wonderful.
