time frame for arrival was not met, 3:30-5, arrival at 5:45? not close! but the job was done well and the technician was pleasant and professional.

The technician, Torrence, was amazing. He was prompt and courteous and did not try to upsell anything. He gave me options such as scotch guard, but did not pressure me when I declined. The carpets are clean and there is no "crunch" when I walk on them when they dried.
Your staff were very professional both on the phone and in person. The agent and the phone and the person sent out to do the cleaning. Job well done 👍🏽

The add said if I scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday I would receive a $50 gift card to a steak house. I didn't get it and and no response from the company we I asked about it.
Pretty good in what they do
It's my 2nd time to use Zerorez and I still soo satisfied. Carpet is very clean, no weird smell or sticky feeling....just clean. I have used Zerorez for years because my home always feels, smells and is clean when they leave. I must comment on Randy R, who was my technician this time. I have the carpets cleaned yearly and he is one of the best. I was thorough and friendly. I will ask for him in the future!
My carpets and tile look fabulous! I liked how easy the process was and how fast the carpets dried.
The carpet’s final result looks good. The only thing my wife and I felt like it stayed wet much longer than our usual cleaning. Actually it was wet for a day and a half. I believe he could extracted more water before he left

Our carpet has ripples and waves all over the whole house. They are big enough to trip over.
They are coming to look at it tomorrow. They said when it totally dries it should be OK. We will see but it looks terrible right now.
