Representative seemed to be very new and wasn’t very familiar with what was included in special so therefore none of tile was cleaned.

We still have stains in both bedrooms and paid extra for treatment.

I had a GREAT experience the last time we had zero rez. The rep was very friendly and informative. Edwin (I believe that is his name) was polite and worked fast. I felt a bit less informed and then we never got our gift card. The tile was soaked for quite a while as well. The job wasn't bad, but the experience was not as good as the first time.

Johnathan did a fantastic job! He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. You are lucky to have someone like him working for you. His spunky attitude will make the toughest person smile!

Technicians are always professional and efficient, and my carpet is lovely when they are finished. I am very pleased that there is not a residual scent in the air to make me wonder just how clean my carpets are vs. how much perfume was used to make them seem so.

I requested a re-service due to the fact that our nursery smelled worse than before the pet treatment service.

The tile that supposedly got cleaned, I can’t tell the difference from before. The edges of one of the closests does not look clean at all, and a few stains did not come out completely.

You reached out to me to correct and improve upon the service you had previously provided, perform retreat. Things got worse, your technian initiated his conversation with me with a lecture on carpet care without knowing how we care for our carpet. After a skin him not to lecture and handle the task that he was sent to take care of, he went to work. Pulling hoses through the house, hitting walls, around and against furnisher. I asked he take care of my wooden floor, he failed follow through my request. Water remind on my floors after he left my home. I was happy to see him leave. If you would have left my experience with Zerorez with my initial experience my rating would have been higher. Would I recommend today, most likely not, the service is as unpredictable as the cleaning. Someday after this experience wears of, maybe.

Great results from competent, friendly people.

Technician was on time, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew what he was doing alon the way and showed us progress along the way. He made sure to protect our furniture etc from any water damage.
The final results were absolutely amazing and shocking. We had a lot pet stains and odors from our older pets, so we paid extra to have those treated. And that was well worth the investment, as those are gone now and have not returned.
When all of our neighbors saw the Zerorez truck, they all agreed this company is the best. And all of my friends that have come over since the cleaning have commented on how great the carpets look. They said they could see the difference and that it gave our old carpet new life!
