Our Tech did great.
Your company sets reasonable arrival times. Your technicians arrive on time. Your company keeps me informed. Your carpet cleaning is superb. Your technicians are fast, efficient, courteous, and professional
it's really not clean as I did it myself. I signed up for the $99 for 4 rooms and will get a $50 gift card from a steakhouse restaurant, but I didn't see any GC at all. What a disappointment.

I am always so impressed with Zerorez and the people they send out to clean. Darryl B. was my technician this time. He was wonderful. Explained things carefully to me, commented on sealants for carpet and tile that I could purchase, if desired. Showed me dirt in clear tank that was in my carpet. Wore booties on his feet to keep areas clean with the rain outside. He cleaned tile for me that was so professional-looking. He had a great personality and was kind and considerate. He even helped me move some furniture out of the way. Thank you, Darryl B.

The work that was done was very good but the tech walk in the door and immediately said he smelt a strong smell is urine and that he could remove it for an additional $90 so my wife said ok. Funny how we have lived in this house for 8 years and not one person has ever smelt urine but your tech did before even making it through the entry way. So once my wife agreed to the extra $90 the tech told her 10 more times how bad our house smelt. Not exactly what you want to hear when you are paying someone $319.00 to perform a service. So although the carpets look great we will not be using your company moving forward.

No odor. Carpets very clean. Dry quickly. On time and professional.
All of the carpet (3 bedrooms and the living room) came out looking great - my only complaint is that the living room carpet took 4 days to fully dry and now smells like mildew/mold - kind of like laundry left in the washing machine too long. I have called and another tech is coming out tomorrow, so I am really hoping it fixes it.

Professional staff and quality cleaning products.
Dalton was very personable, nice, friendly, helpful and hard working. He was able to get the pet stains out of the carpet, but not the paint stains, which was kind of disappointing.
I would ask that you all have your representatives wear shoe covers. Our rep arrived quickly once we received the call he was on his way. He was very friendly and chatty.
I had to reschedule my time, which seemed easy until they did not show up. I had to call and check on it- it had not been changed in the computer. However, a technician was at our house within 30 minutes.
