My carpet was badly stained and I thought it would be impossible to improve the look of the carpet. Well, this product works and the company is dependable. The technician was super nice and gave me personal advice about ways to keep the carpet clean and looking great! Also made me aware of changing my air-conditioning filters more frequently.
The technician is very professional and friendly. They do a thorough job and the products are environmentally safe. The carpet took was dry in no time at all.

The technician broke an irreplaceable item in my house that was painted by my mother on my first Christmas and was something we had planned on handing down in our family. Now we can not do that. The responses of “well we didn’t charge you for the cleaning” are insulting. I have and will continue to actively tell anyone I come in contact with about not only the careless technician but the disrespect and lack of follow through from management to correct the situation.
He did an excellent job on my carpets and I will not hesitate to use Zeroez again.
Carpet looks very good, but most notable improvement was the grout lines in the floor tile.
One room where the smell was didn't come clean and the tech was in and out in under and hour. For 5 rooms and a hall that seems too fast to clean then good. Didn't feel he got the carpets clean. I would like to have the one room where we paid extra for the smell redone.

The carpet looked nice and clean! There were still some coffee stain and a few spots that felt stiff but I do live with three boys under the age of four. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone; you came out quickly; and worked efficiently! Love how fast the carpet dried.

Cesar was the best carpet cleaning person I have ever had to clean our carpet over all these years and the many different companies I have used!!! The carpet is cleaner than it’s ever been and feels amazing - no crust or residue. I will request him every time from now on. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and efficient. 10 out of 5 stars for Cesar! He is definitely a valuable member of your company.

I always pleased with the service and result of the cleaning in our home. However, this time we did not receive our gift card which is no biggie but it was part of the special I signed up for. Our cost was double what we paid a few years back but I believe we considerably more area clean. It was needed. Again, I would have the services again because I feel you process seems to be more clean. Both times the employees who performed we very personable and professional.
We got a quote for cleaning the air ducts (intakes and each vent) for $500+, but when he got here, the technician also said that our coils needed to be cleaned, and that it would cost an extra $500. It sounded like a very expensive up-sell, and the offer to finance it was not a great help.
I paid over $5,000 for air filters and part of that service included rug cleaning free. When we got the rug back a week later it was not cleaned.. We told our rep he said he submitted a request to re-clean and a week later nothing.
