Our carpets look amazing after having them cleaned! They smelled nice, dried quickly, and the technicians were so polite, kind and knowledgeable!
Products worked very well to remove pet stains and odors. The technician was fantastic. He did a great job explaining everything and was courteous and professional. I would happily recommend you guys based on this experience and plan to come back when needed.

First of all, the technician who came out to check out our airducts, Eric, was very knowledgeable. He took a lot of time explaining our current air- conditioning/ heating unit and explained the benefits of upgrading to a "hospital grade" filtration system. We like that the filter is so impenetrable and that it only has to be switched out once every three years.

Empowered water left the carpet feeling clean and not crunchy when it dried. The traffic areas are clean and the nap feels like new in some places.
The serviceman was very knowledgeable and helpful in carpet cleaning a good attitude the carpet looks good so far. As for the tile cleaning I could not tell any different however my tile was not extra dirty in my opinion.
Chris was efficient and easy to talk with about the carpet concerns I had.

Regarding the services the technician arrived on time, introduced himself and then ask we if needed anything else that he did not know about. After the cleaning the rug was dry within four or five hours and looks as good as new. We will be using Zerorez again in about six months.
Boston did an amazing job on the carpets. They almost look brand new. We would definitely use Zerorez again!
We loved the clean and lack of smell to the Zerorez. Randy was helpful and explained what he was planning to do. When we called about the wine stain coming back, Xerorez was very helpful and friendly. They scheduled an appointment and sent out Randy who we felt comfortable with and he was familiar with the stained area. He worked efficiently and explained exactly what he felt needed to be done. Very polite. Thanks again.

The pet stains and odor issues have not been addressed by the recleaning attempt.
I would like a refund of the flash treatment charges please
Your technician came to clean our carpet 2/6/2019. He cleaned the living area and 3 bedrooms. The carpet in one of the guest bedrooms had a lot of pet odors in it and had to have 8 flash treatments. Next to where the flash treatments were done is a cedar chest. After the technician did the flash treatments he put a drying fan on the floor for an hour or so while he completed the rest of the house, then left. When I came back to check the carpet later in the day, I noticed the front feet of the chest were sitting in saturated carpet, and the finish had been stripped off. I put some plastic blocks under the front feet so no more damage could occur and called the office. They they sent the technician out the next day who pulled some more water out of the carpet and took a picture of the damaged legs and turned in a claim, with the promise that I would be called the next day. That was 12 days ago. I've called the office 4 times, and was told the claim had been turned in and that someone would get back with me the following day. No one has ever contacted me. I even called the supervisor directly and he has not returned my call. The damage is minimal, but I'm very disappointed in the integrity of the company in following up. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me.

The tech was on time and very professional. The carpet and tile looked new after he was done. I will be using Zerorez again and have already started referring to friends and family.
There was still debris in the carpet once the cleaning was complete. I do not know how the carpet cleaning process works, but if I needed to vacuum the room prior to the cleaning, I should have been told to do so.
In the alternative, if the cleaning process is supposed to suck up tiny debris within the carpet fibers, the cleaning was not very successful.

Justin was on time and very professional and friendly. I'm a very picky customer who tends to hover and point out all my worries about the carpet and tile. Justin was very patient and exceeded my expectations. The 100 sf of tile has never looked better in the 14 years I have lived in this 21 year old home. I will call at a future date to clean tile in other rooms. I have used your services before for this house as well as rental homes I own and you always do a great job. Thank you.

I like the fact that your technician was professional and courteous. Tristian was on time and ready to entire our home with foot coverings and professionally uniformed. I also like the fact that are no chemicals left on or in our carpet.

Everything was done well. I wish I had received tile cleaning and gift card. There was a 4 room minimum for getting the tile cleaning and gift card but since I did my stairs, I would think this would count as a 4th bedroom. Anyway, other than that, it was a great job. Thanks Don
The service was excellent and fast. I thought I was going to spend hrs waiting for the carpets to dry. They were dry in 2 hrs. I would recommend and will use you guys again for future services.
