I had always been curious about the Zerorez process. I like the green aspect as well as soapless process. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. The floors were beautiful.
Your service technicians are conscientious and hard working. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Your products are excellent. I will never use another carpet cleaning firm.

My carpets have never been better! I have pets that can be so hard on my carpets and there was one spot I had given up hope on. Definitely was ecstatic with the outcome! Definitely will bring them back out.

I think Zerorez does a great job getting marks out of the carpet and making the carpet look rejuvenated. I also appreciate how much water they can remove from the carpet during their cleaning.
Your products are fantastic. They leave the house smelling great even with pets. The carpets are also soft and not sticky when the tech leaves. The fact that it's all "green" products is even better. It's a little pricey but, I've used the competition and have come back to ZeroRez twice now. No problems with products and would definitely recommend.

Wish I would have been told to leave my fans on, was gone for the evening and when I got back and even the next day, my carpets were still wet.

Drying time was so great compared to traditional carpet cleaning, and we hd stains removed that were on our carpets when we moved in 4 years ago despite other professional cleanings.
