They work!
we moved into a pre-owned home. The carpets were very dirty. I was very impressed with the work that was done and how nice the carpets look now.
Very punctual and professional.
We love ZeroRez. The technician did a great job and got our carpets and tile cleaner than I have ever seen by other Zerorez technicians. I wish I could remember his name because I would ask for him again next time. He was mindful of protecting the corners of the walls, cleaning up after himself, explaining the drying process and tile + carpet protectant.
The technician showed up when they were scheduled. He was very polite and did his job in an efficient manner.

My service technician was extremely professional and thorough. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in the media room and closet. He just nearly brought back my suede love seat and area rug to new again.

Flexibility of tech. He didn’t rush through, but didn’t lollygag either. The results were amazing! It stopped my husband in his tracks, walked in, stopped and said “This looks amazing”, I hadn’t told him I was having it done. 😁. This says it all, he doesn’t notice anything!!
