The AC vents were over due for a cleaning. Great Job!
The carpet was not cleaned properly and the adhesive was not removed which was why I ordered Zerorez in the first place. I was very disappointed.
This is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had! I had such a professional, friendly and courteous employee taking care of my home. He made sure we knew what he was doing and why. He gave my carpet new life! I am now a loyal customer of Zerorez and highly recommend their service!

I love the job that Zerorez did for us. The first time the man came out (I forget his name) he cleaned our Fellowship Hall and one wing of classrooms. He did an excellent job - he was on time and very professional.
The next time Zerorez came out we had blood stains in our carpet. The blood stains came back after the initial cleaning so Tyler came back a second time. When some of the stains returned, Ron came out to do a heat extraction and had Dave follow up the next day with another cleaning. While Tyler and Dave did an excellent job, they were both late. I was told that Tyler would be here the first time at 11:00 and he did not get here til 2:00 and he was at least an hour late the second time he came. I was told that Dave would be here at 8:30 and he did not get here until 11:00. When Ron came to do the heat extraction, he also was at least an hour late.
We have many activities going on and it creates a hardship for us when the technicians are not on time.
I like how clean and fresh my carpets look.
The entire carpet cleaning process, especially the tool that pulls up ground in hair and dirt. That was amazing. No other company has been able to get the urine smell out of this one particular area but you guys did. Eric was great, explained every step of the process and did a very thorough job. I’ll definitely call Zerorez again, thank you!
