I had used before at my dads house and was very pleased. As well as my neighbor has used you many times. Very good professional courteous tech. did very good job well pleased with results.
The representative arrived in the time frame allotted. He was polite and took the time to explain the different options available. When we had decided what was to be bone he went right to work and finished the job in a timely manner. I am happy

Drained holding tank into front lawn. Did not offer the incentives that were available and after I called about it I was told I could only get the gift card and not the stain proofing spray. Customer service rep was rude in her tone.
