Service person was prompt , well trained and friendly
First time to have my carpets cleaned and it was great! I appreciate the technician taking time to really treat and clean the dirty spots. My carpets look brand new!

I was disappointed in the care the cleaner took in cleaning. There were pieces of furniture he could have moved and our last carpet cleaner put the furniture on small blocks to keep the moisture away from it. We will not be using your services again.

The cleaning process removed pet stains which was great. The technician was patient and worked to remove the stains. We were very pleased with Anthony's efforts. The result was great.
The process was as advertised. It did not leave behind a sticky and extremely wet carpet.
The carpet was only slightly damp and dried within the 6 hours suggested.

Overall cost starts low, but ends up being pretty high after all of the extras.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The service tech introduced himself and his trainee, they put on shoe covers, and put the corner protectors on. They were friendly and asked if we wanted extra protections, but there was never any pressure. The rugs look incredible! They also cleaned my sectional couch and it feels better and smells better. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thank you!
