Look up the history on out account and do not recommend services like the carpet protector that are supposed to last two years that we just did on the last visit. Especially when the technician says "if you had the protector, these stains would not have stuck they will come off with water!"
No chemicals
The tech was here a little early (which is great by me) and did a terrific job on all three rooms!
They were able to get pesky stains out that we had been battling for years! In one visit they took care of what has frustrating taken us multiple attempts to clean. They were successful where we had not been! If you can make my house look like my children havent spilled everything on Gods green earth on my floors then you have an amazing product ! Best purchase ever!

The carpet looks great after cleaning and it is not stiff or sticky. A clean carpet lasts a long time - a year at our house. Dionte, the technician was prompt, friendly, and capable. Our carpet is 20 years old and still looks good - thanks to Zerorez.
6. The man was very nice and explained to me about my rug

The technician worked very hard to get out as much of the stains and wear pattern dirt as possible. He was friendly, efficient and worked quickly. Carpets, which are 24 years old, look very good, better than I expected. Easy to schedule, carpets drying quickly, arrived on time, didn't make a mess. Very pleased.

I was disappointed in my service. I heard about you guys on KRLD and remembered seeing your van at a neighboring house a couple of years ago. So I thought I would give you a try instead of Dalworth. After the guy left there were areas of my carpet that were left completely untouched. I felt them and they were still dry. I expected a more thorough carpet cleaning and that didn't happen. The guy was nice but I felt the job was not done to the highest standards . It was just "OK" and I expected "WOW" like I see after Dalworth.
First time using Zerorez and I am very satisfied with the work Raymond did. He was very courteous and professional. He presented me with his work order to make sure it was what I requested. He explained every step of the cleaning process and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very polite young man. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and I will be calling again! Thanks!!!

Our rugs and furniture were very wet after the appt.. I thought zero res meant zero residue... took way too long to dry out.

Team Paul F. did an excellent job. From when they showed up at the door, I felt extremely confortable with Paul. Walking through areas that needed cleaning, he asked and listened to pertinent feedback I had and showed a clear understanding of my concerns. They worked diligently and with purpose, not rushing the job, yet not taking too long either. In between, they stole time to quickly show me what they were doing and educating me on the product they use to do the cleaning. I ended up purchasing a gallon of the solution they use, no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend Paul and Zerorez to anyone needing their services. And I hope yo hey them back soon to get my couches cleaned. I really appreciate these guys.
