I was very pleased the person that did our carpet cleaning this time. He went up and beyond. Just didn’t like spending $710 to have my carpets cleaned. But I’m the one that has animals and it desperately needed to be done. The technician was very professional . Our carpet is several years old—we had it cleaned 2 times in the past. the technician worked on the worn carpet pathways—we are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use Zerorez again.
Delivered as promised and when I did have minor issues, they corrected them.

Great experience. Terry was our tech and he was great. He was very polite and told me what he would be able to do and made recommendations. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends!
Tech did great. Scheduling was a nightmare and involved unreturned messages on Facebook and the website. Finally scheduled by phone, and the rep I spoke with was supposed to call back the next day to confirm something, and she never did.
I'd use Zerorez again, but the local management needs to get their act together. People with less patience than me would have long since called any of the other dozens of carpet cleaning services in DFW.
it worked amazing!! better than any carpet cleaning I've had. and even with 2 dogs and a cat! also fast and the technician was awesome.

We have old plastic berbur carprt thats hard to clean but you always get it clean.
I had to call them because a couple of spots came back and they were very good about sending someone out the next day

Rug looks wonderful. I was not home and my husband was and I was the one that got the quote and they quoted 20 for stain guard and charged my husband $30. I would tell friends don’t trust their quote on the phone.
