High pressure to pay for more expensive services, did not feel that the amount of surface area I had cleaned was in line with charges
I have used Zerorez twice now in the past 3 years. When I needed my carpets cleaned because of our new puppy, I knew exactly who to call--I didn't even consider any other company. Zerorez is the best for carpets! The technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly, and don't try to sell you on products and services you don't need. Pricing is up front and scheduling is easy. They call when they are on their way and arrive on time. Zerorez is my go-to for carpet cleaning. They are simply the best around.

Zerorez techs come on time, are pleasant, polite, informative, and do a great job! The carpet isn't left sopping wet and they do a great job on pet & other kinds of stains. The folks who do the scheduling do their very best to accommodate your requests too. What more could you want?! Call them!
The technician should have not continued to clean the vents when he saw loose fiberglass that would blow out the vents when he cleaned them .Give me a 250 refund and charge only for a visit .The fiberglass’s is still coming out .Thanks,Name removed
Service was great and he was quick and on time. I will need to call and have them cone back out for a better treatment on one of our rooms. The pet stains are still strong and we need the better treatment.
My carpet and area rug look new again! Pet stains disappeared before our eyes. Rick was awesome and explained everything he was doing.

Air duct cleaning was not what I expected. There was obvious dust debris from the process that covered everything in my home. The technician left soiled handprints all over the wall in the vicinity where he was working the unit he was using he damaged my wall. There is debris coming from my air vent that I had vacuumed up over 15 times. I am still having to debri fall out of my vents.
Carpet cleaning
I had both my carpet and air ducts cleaned. The technicians were on time, polite and courteous.
