I was not there, but my wife and our tenant were both wowed by the technician's dedication and persistence. I have come to expect the best from Zerorez, and your technician provided that and then some. We were all amazed at the results. As far as I am concerned, Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner in town!

I like that no chemicals are used in cleaning the carpet. The service provider I had was so nice and answered all my questions.
It doesn't look like my carpets are clean in the high traffic areas. The gentleman came out again and said he couldn't get it out. I tried some solution on a area in the hall and it cleaned it.

I need my house, bed spreads, and pillows cleaned!
The technician had dirt and dust to blow out into all the rooms! My house is dirty than before Zerorez came out.
There is dirt in my bed spread, pillows, cabinets, and floors. Thank goodness my closets were closed.
The technician missed 2 vents completely.
I do not recommend Zerorez to anyone! I am going to contact the talk show host here in Dallas and let him here from one of your customers.

I'm so glad we decided to do this! We recently moved into an older home where the air ducts had never been cleaned. Zerorez made the process easy to schedule and there was no confusion about their pricing. Our tech was on time, very polite, thorough, took videos of his work for us to see and was careful in our house and didn't leave a speck of mess! I would highly recommend Zerorez Dallas.
