Commercials make it sound like all stains will be removed. Tell public about cost of pet stain cleaner. Have technician wear covers over his shoes like plumbers do.

My carpets do look and feel so much better. I did pay extra for ($60.00) for pet odor control and I can still smell the same odor as before the carpet was treated. Just a little disappointing but I would still rfecommend your company. The amount charged for that service seems excessive - especially if it does not take care of the problem.
I know you only asked for the things I liked about your services - but felt like this was the only chance I would have to voice my concerns also.
So the only service we've had so far is the cleaning of the air ducts. Ramon was really nice and professional. He explained what he would be doing and would let us know if he saw anything of concern. The only reason I did not give it a score of 10 is because we had Zerorez come to our home in 2017 to do this same service before and we were frankly shocked that the cost has doubled! When your product hasn't changed, meaning get even better but your price increases that much, really hard to justify doing this service again anytime soon. We paid less than $400 in 2017 but now the exact same service is $768...ouch! Actually it would have been more if we allowed them to up sell us on other services. Ramon mentioned blowing the dust off the motors but was never pushy on up selling, he was great!
We do have Zerorez scheduled next week for carpet cleaning. I hope the cleaning is really, really great because financial home services are expensive.

Quality of work and professionalism of technician were both lacking. I paid $339 for the services and feel I overpaid for underwhelming service.
The young man that came to my house yesterday got here 10 minutes before the time mentioned would have been up. He had probably been working the entire day, and had body odor. A normal reaction to sweating, but unpleasant.
I was Quoted a price for my two area rugs and I had a 20% discount that I got off the computer. Needless to say, $312.00 for 10 minutes work was a huge shock. I complained and more shampooing was done. The young man tried his best to make me happy, but I was left with big furniture to move back in place. The chairs were lifted off the rug while wet, but I had to call a neighbor to move the furniture back to where they belonged. I am an 83 year old single woman and do not have the strength to lift heavy things.
I have used you numerous times and have never had to complain, but your price for this job was way out of line.

The way my carpet stays cleaner for a longer period of time.
They always do a fantastic job. Carpets are fresh with out any residue.
And they do a great job on refreshing and repairing natural stone.
After Zerorez cleaned our air vents, our allergies were much better. They did a great job!

I've used Zerorez twice and both times have had great success. I love that the carpets don't have a chemical smell afterward.
While the service and product is great, what is needed is an attachment that allows the technician to clean all of the way to the baseboard and under cabinets to the baseboard in the kitchen.
I paid a good amount for carpet and tile cleaning and yet I have to go back and clean myself the all around the borders of the room because the cleaning machine (due to shape and size) does not clean all of the way to the baseboard.
We had our tile and grout cleaned a week ago. I feel for the money we paid it should of looked almost like new. Our main focus was the grout and after the cleaning there were still grout lines that looked dirty. I do not recommend Zerorez nor will I ever use them again for the tile and grout cleaning.
