The service techs were amazing. Extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly. While additional services and recommendations were offered, I did not feel pressured to purchase additional services. Work with done quickly and the area looks awesome!
I do not like signing a tablet not knowing what i am signing. I do not think I should have to print a receipt and not be handed a receipt upon completion of the job done. Very disappointing. Last time I used you’ll I called, requested a receipt be mailed. Never was. Gave you another time to clean, ask for receipt and had to sign tablet again. If you cannot provide me a paper receipt upon job completion that is last time to use you plus I learned that you only clean surface. That was a first to know. Very disappointed.

The prices were very fair, the technician was on time very polite took his time to do the job right I’m very impressed with the quality of his craftsmanship, our carpets look almost new and they were in pretty bad shape.
I definitely will continue to use this company this is the second time I’ve used them and I have no complaints.

Service technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Like knowing they are using lots of chemicals and carpets seem to dry faster.
I would highly recommend having teams of at least TWO people fulfill each appointment! The gentleman who came to clean the carpet was having a bad day, and was clearly worn out from the previous two jobs. He took opportunity to cry on my shoulder, (figuratively) which was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me, as a client. Also, when I told him the carpet was synthetic material, he said he couldn’t use a hot temperature without melting the fibers. And since he didn’t use heavy chemical soaps, that meant that the carpet didn’t actually look any cleaner when he was finished than when he started. Overall I was disappointed with the cleaning, and the service. I think having a second person on the job would have kept some accountability to be more professional. And I’m going to have to go with a company that uses harder chemical cleaners, if I can’t use a high temperature, as the worker said.
Clean and eco friendly products! The service was top tier, they explained the process and what to expect after completion.

Your technicians are friendly, efficient and careful of my home and belongings. The Zero Rez method is much better than the traditional carpet cleaning chemicals, etc.
Zerorez cleaned our tile. Their process was able to get off much of the dirt on our textured tile that normal mopping left behind. The service person was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.
Love the friendly staff and how are technician left are home amazingly clean.
Expensive pet treatment but it did far more than others I tried to get yellow stain out! Will use again.
