No chemicals

Have used ZeroRez in Dallas for years. Amazing service and company. Highly recommend them for any job! You will be please start to finish. And they absolutely stand behind their work. If there is an issue they come back no problem and fix it. No complaints. No issues.

Carpet no longer soft. I selected Zerorez based on claims of no chemicals. If that is true why does my previously soft carpet now feel like walking on sand sandpaper and hurts the bottom of my bare feet? Carpet may be ruined 7nless steam cleaning can remove whatever is causing crispy feeling.
Foot traffic stains remain. Not a lot of improvement on frequently used stairs. Maybe I expected too much.
Called and asked to speak with supervisor but my call not returned as promised.
I like ZEROREZ because as name and ad suggest, no residue and smells fresh; also, very little moisture left on carpet and technician was polite and professional in performing tasks!
CJ and company get a 10 in my book, and will use again now that I understand their process and products!

So disappointed in the cleaning, waited all day today for the drying to happen. The pet smell is way worse now than before. The spots just spread out now even after using gallons of pet treatment. I didn’t receive my Hawaiian Falls tickets that were promised with the call my phone .they said they were going to give me a $50 gift card for steak house which I didn’t receive either .they had to come twice to my house to get my carpet clean.
Thourough professional and honest
The guy who came was so nice! But I think there could have been a bit more attention paid around the baseboard areas. It also didn’t work quite as well as I had hoped because there still seems to be darker areas where it’s high traffic
So much water it took 4 days to dry.
Serviceman cleaned beyond rug and onto stone, discoloring it from rest of hallway.
Pet treatment area in dining room not cleaned well, not even sure treated. Wettest carpet of all so imagine any treatment product washed out.
On cellphone much of the time.
I love these products because they don’t leave residue. My couch and floors are so clean! I added somethings while they were here and it wasn’t a problem. I’m very satisfied!
