Service techs have always been very courteous and pay close attention to what I want done. They do a good job for a fair price.

Great job getting my carpets cleaned.
Carpets look the same as before we had them cleaned by zerorez. Wasted my money. Going to have to hire someone else I have “after” pictures that totally upset me.
Our technician was wonderful. He was friendly, courteous, took care of a major stain problem in our den, and just did a beautiful job.
I like that there are no chemicals used on our carpet. We have an animal.
My only complaint is the high cost of cleaning tiles. I dropped that from my order due to jump in cost.

The Technician was very thorough and professional.
First off your tech guy was very nice andpolite. He went over my 3 areas and was done in aprox 30 to 40 min. The carpet was barely wet and honestly it looked just as dirty as it was when he started. After he left I had to do it over with a Bissell carpet cleaner. It pulled tons of dog hair and dirt out of the carpet. Let's just say it cleaned up everything that your service did not. So, there you have it. I will never use you guys again and cannot make any recommendations. I know times are tough right now but seriously, you should still get what you paid for.
Tech (Ray) was very nice and helpful.
He had some concerns before starting and explain why.
And I'm glad he took out time to ck to make sure the air duck cleaning wouldn't do more harm than good.

The product is environmentally friendly and cleans the carpets as one would expect. The end result solely depends on the Technician and their ability to use the product as designed.
This is not the fault of the technician, but if some of the cleaning options were made in advance of the visit, it would be easier to make an informed decision. One was the option of added protection for the carpet, which I did in some of the areas. Another is cleaning oriental carpets. It is hard to make a decision when one doesn't know the cost.

Fantastic job!!! You all exceeded my expectations and what I thought was even possible. Our carpet had many pet issues and other stains. It came out looking and smelling fabulous. It is probably 8 or so years old and it looks like brand new carpet!!!
I liked that the Technician indicated that he would clean one of my dirtest, stained carpets, and if I did not like it, I did not have to continue, at no cost! Nevertheless, he got me! The carpet that he cleaned was like night and day.

Should not have taken two times to get stains out..
The service was great. He did an excellent job with carpet cleaning. Quite professional and customer oriented. I am a fan of the grout cleaning and did not notice until later. I don’t think it’s worth it. Mine are not completely cleaned.
Would of liked to see the dirt picked up from the cleaning

The cleaning technician showed concerns about my issues/area stains of my house. Due to the pandemic, he wore a mask and so did my son and I for safety measures. The cleaning technician explained every step he was going to perform to ensure I was at ease. This was the first time I had my carpet cleaned by a professional instead of renting a carpet cleaner from Home Depot and the family doing it ourselves. I loved when the cleaning technician performed a test cleaning using one of my toughest spot area as an example. Then finally, the result of my carpet and tile since I did both. It looked amazingly cleaned.
Carpets were wonderfully clean and soft afterwards. Very knowledgeable carpet man and very efficient. Well done 👍🏽

Upholstery cleaning.
Charles W our technician was very polite and pleasant. He explained everything he needed to do first. The carpe looked brand new after he steamed it. No chemical smell. It smelled good. His aftercare instructions were clear. Will highly recommend!
