Zerorez does a thorough job and the carpet remains soft, not stiff like other cleaning systems cause. I had them come back because of one spot I could still see, and they came back promptly and cleaned it again. They are very professional and their employees are extremely courteous and friendly. I will always call Zerorez.

I was looking for a carpet cleaning service that left minimal water in the carpet and padding.

I recommend Zerorez. They came out promptly when the appointment was scheduled. In fact, the representative was early. He took the time to explain the steps of the cleaning. He took his time to clean and didn't rush. We had a rug that he was scheduled to clean and was honest enough to explain that if he cleaned the rug, it would bleed its colors and ruin it. He took it off the ticket and only billed me what he serviced us. I would highly recommend this company and use them again.

The Zerorez Technician methodically & thoroughly cleaned my carpet and it was dry in no time at all.
He was polite and courteous, dressed well, clean cut.

While you ultimately returned my area rug to me in reasonably good shape, it took a great deal of effort on my part to get what I considered an appropriate response and level of concern by management regarding my initial complaint to you. I will look elsewhere should I need rug cleaning in the future.

Tae, I apologize, I am not sure how to spell his name, was very knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. We were very comfortable having him in our home. The process was quiet and quicker than expected!! Our carpets look so good!! The carpet dried quickly with no sticky soap feel. Matthew is highly allergic to our micro-tiny teacup Chihuahua. We suspected a few potty spots, but not much. He got out the black light to make sure he got them. If we ever need you again, we will be sure to ask for him, you would do good to keep him!!! ZEROREZ and TAE ROCK, better results than expected!!!!

The fact that you made the appointment in less than 48 hours. The young man that cleaned my carpet was very nice. He did a thorough job, was professional, speedy and friendly. I have forgotten his name and he did introduce himself. I will differently recommend Zerorez to friends.
