Refused to clean our vent hood because it was "dirty". And stated that he does not clean them. I called specifically for that! Left dirty footprints and marks in our tile floor.
If he does not like his job, then he needs to find another.

For me, the best thing about ZeroRez is the fact that they use no chemicals in their cleaning process. Their extraction process is very effective not only removing the dirt from my carpet but also all the dog hair left behind from vacuuming.
