Chavis was my technician yesterday. He explained what I could do to minimize particular recurring stains. As well as what type of treatments are available.
This is my 4th time using Zerorez and every other time I was extremely happy. This time I am not only disappointed, but I am upset. I had asked for the flash treatment to be done but the tech said that I didn't need it. He said that the pet treatment would work well for my issues. He was wrong. The dog urine spots don't smell any better. In addition, I decided to take my carpet cleaner to a small portion of the carpet and the water came out dark brown. I took a picture of the water and I would be happy to send it to you. It makes me wonder, did he clean all of the carpet or did he just do that bad of a job? Then, when he was leaving I told him to back up into the turnaround area and go forward down the hill. He didn't listen to me. He tried to go backwards down the hill and went off the driveway into my landscaping. Not only did I pay over $200 for nothing, he did damage to my property because he didn't listen and I had to cancel plans I had yesterday afternoon because he was there for three and a half hours after he was done. I couldn't just leave because my house is behind a gate and I needed to be there to open it for the tow truck. I definitely was not going to give him the code because he already made me feel uncomfortable when he was leaving the first time. My biggest issue is that my carpets don't smell good and it seems like the smell has just been activated rather than removed. It actually smells worse now than it did before if that's even possible. Like I said at the beginning I have used you guys three times prior to this and I have been very happy with the results. I feel like I got someone who is either new or not very knowledgeable and didn't do a good job. He was also quite unprofessional and he made me feel uncomfortable. To make it right you guys could come back and actually get the smell out of my carpet.

i was looking into cleaning or replacing the carpet in the den. I had a few pet stains flashed then the cleaning, frankly speaking I never thought I would see that carpet that clean ever again. No new carpet for me!
The service was timely. The service was very professionally done. Everything was kept safe and clean throughout the house. No mess. No bumps or scratches. He explained what and why he was doing. Very polite always.

I love the products and services of ZeroRez! Had grease spots brought in on a dolly by movers and I treated with a good product without oil, but knew I would need ZeroRez.....I did, they came, and the grease was gone! No residue, just clean fluffy carpet....not packed down.....makes it like new!

I think they do it very good job I’m not sure I’d use anybody else I like the fact that there’s a clean smell but you don’t have that chemical smell and they do a very good job on pet stains

The only reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10 is because we were moving and I didn’t get a chance to see the finished carpets (or enjoy them).
Laid 187.00 dollars still have urine smell in home even before he left could still smell urine the pet product didn't work will be calling for this to be rectified

Amazing job ever time! My carpets look brand new. My technician was on time, even early and really listened to my concerns. He worked quickly and was very professional and took care of my things. I will always recommend your services and will continue to use your company for all of my carpet cleaning needs!
I moved everything out of 2 of the 3 rooms, and when it was time to move a dresser I had forgotten about, the technician wouldn't even try. He "allowed" my mother to move it so he could clean under it.

Thank you so much! The technician was fantastic and helped me look into whether our kitchen grout was sealed. He did a spot clean and showed it wasn't. Offered a discount and that he could do it that day, but unfortunately it wasn't in our budget at the time. Will most definitely have it done thought, Thanks Zerorez!
